There was a massive rockslide in Ramona San Diego. What would normally takes days to clear up is only going to take us a few hours. There is no way this job can be done with the traditional high explosives. The fly rock is just too dangerous for near by homes. Here is a video interview CBS 8 San Diego did with Tom Bowden.
